Please put "Your Name & Shout Out payment" in the What's It For field with your payment.
Please do NOT select the "full refund" option for your purchase, because it removes some of the funds that EVBA receives for your ad.

CASH/CHECK NOTES:

If you wish to pay by cash or check, please follow these steps: 1) complete this online form - including the upload of your file for your Student Ad. 2) Print out a copy of your emailed receipt. 3) Give the paper receipt and your payment to an EVBA Board Member.
