Sushi flavours that we all know and love - but with an elevated twist, inspired by Hawaii and Philippine's take on baked sushi! We are a small business based in Horsham and Brighton. Registered with Lvl 2 Hygiene. We operate on Saturdays 12-5pm with limited quantity available per week. We are also open on Deliveroo Horsham on Sundays 11-7:30pm.

Aburi Series - flame seared sushi; giving a smoky and enhanced flavour.
Teriyaki Series - sushi with a teriyaki sauce marinade; sweet and sticky primarily of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.
