This international variety, planted partly in Quart and partly in Joven can following sustainable agricultural techniques, produced a classic wine that best expresses our terroir.

 We ferment with selected yeasts to initiate the fermentation of a soft wine that keeps its strong mineral nature, allowing for good ageing.

 The taste of this wine evokes the crispness of a forgotten wine of easy appreciation and an easy finish that doesn’t give a headache.
