Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah

Location: Bolgheri. Cultivated with care and sustainable practices.

Climate: Mediterranean, mild, dry, and windy.

Soil: Deep, sandy-clayey alluvial soil with occasional clay outcrops and moderate pebble content.

Production: Grapes are harvested and processed micro-parcel by micro-parcel to preserve their unique terroir. The wine ages 12 months on lees in neutral barrels with weekly stirring, followed by 3-4 months in stainless steel and a minimum of 12 months in bottle. No filtration is applied, relying on natural racking for clarification.

Characteristics: Aromas of red fruits, wild strawberries, blackberries, violets, mangoes, and subtle balsamic notes, with a touch of pepper.

On the palate, it is smooth, fresh, with silky tannins and vibrant structure. Designed to evolve beautifully with age. Alcohol 14% vol.
