Hi Tina, If you have created your form in google forms and customize it using the Neartail addon, it will automatically convert the question with prices into products when you select the format prices option. This will allow you to add product specific attributes such as product description, price, tax, discount, inventory, multiple products images etc. You should make the updates directly using the Neartail Editor as these options are not available in Google Forms.

Hi Tina, You can set up bulk discounts for products sold by quantity or weight. Login to Neartail > click Forms > list of your forms will be displayed > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Add product icon > enter the product name, select the product type “Sold by quantity” > click on the settings gear icon > Product settings page will be displayed > click on the Bulk discount option > enter the actual amount for the different quantity options. Please note that you must enter the amount and not price per unit quantity. For example, if the standard price per unit is $3 and you would like to offer 6 for $15 and 12 for 30$, then you can have the set up as shown in the screenshot below.

You have added a checkboxes question "Workshop date" with the two dates as answer choices and a product sold by quantity for "Registration fee". If you would like to limit for each workshop date, then you must set it up as a product and enable the inventory option. Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click on the Add product icon > enter the product title "Workshop registration", select "Sold by variant", enter the price, set the max quantity as 2, enter the two workshop dates as variants > click on the settings gear icon > Product settings page will be displayed > enable the "Allow users to select multiple variants" > click Advanced > enable the inventory option, enter the available stock (see screenshot below) and click Save.
