Liability for Damages:

In the event of damage caused by you or your minor dependents to any property or items at the venue, the responsible party shall assume sole and full financial responsibility for the incurred damages. We strongly recommend the maintenance of Haftpflichtversicherung (personal liability insurance) or an equivalent form of insurance to mitigate such liabilities.

Photo and Video Usage:

As an adult participant, I consent to the use of photos and videos taken of myself during the event for media purposes and public communication
As a parent/guardian, I consent to the use of photos and videos of children under 18 years of age, who are registered in this form, taken during their participation in the event, for media purposes and public communication.

Personal Data Collection Consent:

By registering for our services, you grant us permission to collect and process the personal data necessary for the registration process. This data will be used solely for the purposes of your registration and to communicate to you for any updates regarding this event.

Participant Eligibility:

Participants must be 6 years and above to be eligible for participating in the competitions
Participants under the age of 18 must have parental consent to participate.

Participants are expected to uphold a high standard of sportsmanship and respect towards fellow participants, officials, and event staff.
Any form of cheating, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be accepted.

Safety:

Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event organizers and officials.
Proper sports attire and equipment must be worn during the event.

Liability Waiver:

Participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participating in sports activities and agree to hold the event organizers harmless from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

Photography and Media Consent:

By participating in the event, participants grant permission to event organizers to use their likeness, name, and any captured media for promotional purposes.

Event Modifications:

Event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond their control.

Refunds:

Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
In case of participant withdrawal/cannot turn out , refunds cannot be issued

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes or concerns regarding the event shall be addressed to the event organizers, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Compliance:

Participants are required to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by event organizers and officials.
