We wash, Sun dry the seeds before crushing them in cold press machines to extract oil without and chemical or heating process involved. Oil extracted from Black Mustard seeds is usually used in cooking and oil from Yellow Mustard Seeds is known to be used in Salad dressings among other dishes. Mustard oil by nature has a strong aroma with a pungent taste which brings a different flavour to your dishes.  It has balanced omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acid which is  known to   keep your heart healthy.
