DOG WALKING SERVICES:

The Dog Walker agrees to provide the dog walking services (hereinafter referred to as the

"Services") as stated on the client intake form in a professional, diligent, and responsible way. The Dog Walker will maintain open and clear communication with the Client regarding the well-being of the dog and any issues that may arise during walks. The Dog Walker agrees to walk a maximum of 5 dogs simultaneously. This specified number ensures that each dog receives adequate attention and supervision during the walk.

DOG OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Dog Owner must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge about their dog. If the dog has any known behavioral issues or aggression triggers, the Dog Owner must disclose these details to the Dog Walker. The Dog Walker has the right to refuse to provide the Services if the dog displays aggressive and dangerous behavior. The Dog Owner should ensure that access to the dog is provided at the scheduled times for the Dog Walker. The Dog Owner will ensure that all necessary equipment (e.g., harness, collar, ID tag) is provided. If necessary, the Dog Owner agrees to hand the house keys or house access code to the Dog Walker for the pick-up and drop-off of their dog.

PAYMENT AND FEES:

The Dog Owner agrees to pay the Dog Walker the fees as follows for the Services. The service fee is currently set at £13.00 per hour for Dog Walks and £8.00 for a 30 Minute Drop In Service. The payment for the Services is Ladue on or before the first day of

Services. In the event of non-payment, the Dog Walker reserves the right to withhold or terminate the Services. The Dog Owner is responsible for any additional costs incurred while the Services are provided, including but not limited to veterinary expenses, special food or supplies, or other unforeseen expenses required for the well-being of the dog. An additional fee of £5.00 per service will be applied for solo dog walks and clients outside of designated area (PL1 to PL7).

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION:

To cancel or alter services without incurring a cancellation fee, the Dog Owner is required to provide written notice at least 3 days prior to the planned commencement date. If a cancellation request is made prior to the 3 days then a reschedule will be offered to the dog owner. If a reschedule cannot be offered then a full refund will be given. If a cancellation is made after this period, a refund or reschedule will not be offered. The Dog Walker reserves the right to cancel or terminate services at any time due to reasons that may include but are not limited to aggressive pet behaviour or non-payment. Should the Dog Walker cancel the Services, the Dog Owner will be notified promptly. In case of termination, the Dog Walker will ensure the secure return of any house access items (e.g., keys and access codes).

EMERGENCIES:

The Dog Walker agrees to promptly report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or unusual behaviours observed during walks. In the event of a pet medical emergency or illness during the service period, the Dog Walker will make every reasonable effort to contact the Dog Owner or their emergency contact immediately. If the Dog Owner or their emergency contact cannot be reached in time, the Dog Owner authorises the Dog Walker to seek emergency veterinary care for their dog if necessary for the dog's health, safety, and well-being. The Dog Owner agrees to reimburse the Dog Walker for any reasonable and documented expenses incurred for emergency veterinary services.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

The Dog Walker should keep all of the Dog Owner's information (e.g., contact information, home access codes, security measures, etc.) strictly confidential and agrees not to disclose it to any third parties without the Dog Owner's explicit written consent.

LIABILITY:

The Dog Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Dog Walker from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses (including legal fees), or harm to the dog arising from the Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Dog Walker.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Dog Owner and the Dog Walker regarding the Services and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, representations, and agreements, both written and verbal.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Neither party shall be held accountable for unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond their control, including acts of nature, government actions, war, epidemics, or other events hindering the contract's performance. The affected party must promptly I notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the event's effects.

SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

No modification, amendment, or alteration of this Agreement shall be binding unless it is made in writing and duly executed by both parties. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
