Please note the following requirements for the competition:

Drawing Competition:

Competition starts by 3:30pm and all participants are expected to check-in before 3:15pm and will not be allowed for the competition after the start time.
Each participant must bring their own pad, pencils, color pencils, and/or crayons.
Only drawing paper sheets (size: 9in X 12in) will be provided by the event organizers.
If you forget to bring a pad & pencils, you can purchase one from the event coordinators for $5.00.
Each group will be provided 45 minutes to finish their work.
No parents will be allowed to assist any kids.
Themes for different age groups will be shared to the registered email addresses two weeks before the event.

Craft Competition:

Competition starts by 4:30pm and all participants are expected to check-in before 4:15pm and will not be allowed after the start time.
Participants DON'T have to bring any items for craft, everything will be provided by the organizers.
Objects & playdoh will be provided to evaluate their creativity for the given theme.
Based on the grades, different items might be provided (eg: Play-Doh, Papers, scissors, Beads, Fabrics, stickers, etc....)
Each group will be provided 45 minutes to finish their work.
No parents will be allowed to assist any kids.
Themes for different age groups will be shared to the registered email addresses two weeks before the event.

Evaluations:

Judgement is based upon clarity, uniqueness, relevance to theme.
Results will be announced towards the end of the event (6:00pm). 1st , 2nd & 3rd prizes will be awarded for each group.
All decisions made by the judges are final. We trust in their expertise and fairness, and no appeals or disputes will be entertained. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting this process are greatly appreciated.
